A Collection Kit is used to send Ceramic Studio a small amount of your loved one's cremated remains.

Skilled artisans at the Ohio studio create the special shape then mix a small portion of a loved one's cremated remains in a special formulated glaze. The glaze is then addded onto the shape and fired in a kiln.

Within 45 days after receiving the remains, your custom Living Shape will be carefully packaged and shipped to you using express shipping.
